CRANFORD - Accompanied by family, friends, and her coaches, Maggie Murray signed her national letter of intent to play soccer at Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
Murray, the 2018 Union County Conference Player of the Year, put together another strong 2019 season, which included 19 goals and 15 assists, both team-highs for Cranford. The Cougars finished with a record of 16-4-2 and were co-Union County Champions with Westfield.
"I think every coach wants a player like Maggie on their team. She’s such a quality player. It’s been great to coach Maggie the last four years," said Cranford High School girls soccer head coach Andrew Gagliardo. "Seeing her mature as a person, understand the game at a deeper level, and continue to improve at everything that makes her better has been a privilege. I know she will continue to do good things at Texas A&M Corpus Christi!"
