MORRIS PLAINS, NJ - Motorists should never drink and drive. To enforce driver safety, the Morris Plains Police Department along with the Morris County Prosecutor's Office will be conducting a DWI checkpoint in Morris Plains.
Authorities will be on the lookout for intoxicated and distracted drivers on Sat., Oct. 26 and Sun. Oct. 27, said officials.
DWI checkpoints are funded by grants received by the Prosecutor’s Office from the State Division of Highway Traffic Safety to establish checkpoints in cooperation with municipal police departments throughout Morris County.
