DENVILLE, NJ-- On September 22, 2016 at 6:00 pm, the Kiwanis Club of Denville will celebrate 70 years of service with a dinner dance at Zeris Inn, 372 Route 46 in Mountain Lakes. There will be special presentations and the Golden Gup will provide entertainment. Barron Segar, Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer of USFUND/UNICEF will provide the keynote address.

The Kiwanis Club of Denville received its charter on August 27, 1946 at the Wayside Inn. Since that time the club has been involved in community service projects but throughout the years the theme of serving the children of the world has remained constant.
Today the Denville Kiwanis Club sponsors K-Kids Clubs at Riverview and Lakeview, a Builders Club at Valleyview and Key Clubs at Morris Knolls, Morris Hills, Morris Catholic and Morris County School of Technology. Additionally, the Kiwanis Club has worked with the beautification committee, St. Francis Fall Festival, Denville Social Services, The Salvation Army, the Joey Bella Fund and provides scholarships for students attending County College of Morris.
