DENVILLE, NJ -- The event titled "Landlord Tenant Law in the Time of COVID" is being presented July 15 at 1:30pm. All Denville residents are invited to participate.
During the one-hour webinar, David Saltzman, of the Legal Services of Northwest New Jersey, will provide information to tenants dealing with landlord issues. According to event coordinators, the webinar will cover issues that address the CARES Act, eviction process, rent, late fees and lockouts. There also will be a question and answer period about the laws and legal process.
The event is presented in partnership with the Morris County Community Assistance Services Committee, the Drew University Neighbors in Need Project and the Morris County Fair Housing Committee.
