DENVILLE, NJ-- On July 17 at approximately 12:00 a.m., David Russo was stopped in his gold Infiniti for failure to maintain a lane. During the investigation, it was determined that he was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and placed under arrest. His vehicle was impounded and he was transported to Denville Police Headquarters. Upon arrival, he was processed and served with motor vehicle summonses for DWI, Reckless Driving, and failure to maintain a lane. Russo was released to a friend, pending a court date.
