LAKE HOPATCONG – Randolph Township Mayor Roman Hirniak, Louis Valori, and Peter King formally announced their candidacies for Morris County Freeholder at a jam-packed campaign kick-off this morning.
“Lou Valori, Roman Hirniak and Peter King are an incredible team comprised of three experienced leaders with proven records of success,” campaign manager Steve Kush said. “Their life and professional experiences, coupled with their community involvement, give them the unique skill sets required to achieve their goals of bringing ethics reform and common sense to the freeholder board, to make Morris County an even better place to live, work and raise a family.”
“Notwithstanding the content of attacks already launched by the Mastrangelo team, Valori, Hirniak and King are the conservative Republicans who will bring about the changes needed in Morris County’s government,” Kush explained. “There will be no more attempts at Democrat infiltration or cronyism under their leadership, you won’t see Valori, Hirniak and King twisting arms to bring outsiders like a former Democrat county sheriff in to attempt to create a Democrat Camden County police model.”
“Considering the County will likely face a sizable tax increase this year, thanks in large part to the failed leadership of the Mastrangelo team, it is time for real, honest change on the freeholder board,” Kush said. “Lou Valori, Roman Hirniak and Peter King are the proven leaders with the experience needed to bring that real, honest change to Morris County.”
