With the goal to promote informed voting in a nonpartisan setting, the League of Women Voters of New Jersey and the Morris County branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People are hosting two candidates forums for the offices of New Jersey Senate and Assembly in legislative district 25 on the evening of Fri., Oct. 23.
New Jersey LD25 Senate
Two candidates are running for one seat. Each candidate will make a brief opening statement and then answer questions submitted in advance by members of the community. Submit questions for the candidates here until Thur., Oct. 22nd at noon.
Candidates: Incubent Anthony M. Bucco (R), Rupande Mehta (D)

New Jersey LD25 Assembly

Unaffiliated with any political party, the nonpartisan League hosts candidates’ forums, registers and educates voters, and advocates on public policy issues.
