Since 2014, Layups 4 Life has raised close to $80,000 through hosting a variety of events in the sports and social spaces. Over the last four years, Layups 4 Life  has made contributions in support of leukemia, pediatric and bone marrow research.

"Our largest fundraiser is a three-on-three basketball tournament. This is our fifth year hosting that tournament. We'll be at the Parsippany PAL Youth Center on Saturday, April 27," Dan Exeter stated. "The tournament features all skill levels."

Exeter, who survived acute lymphocytic leukemia, is an alumnus of Roxbury High School, where he played varsity basketball under the leadership of Head Coach Jon Deeb. "I played basketball in high school, but not at the level displayed tonight," he shared. "I really love the sport."
