RANDOLPH, NEW JERSEY – As the leaders in craft beer, Morris Tap & Grill, 500 State Route 10, Randolph, will host a relaunch party Thursday, October 6 following a remodeling of the restaurant. The changes include a newly designed bar area with an eight foot communal table, new bar stools and seating, 50 different local, domestic and international beer taps, and a new food menu.

The celebration begins at 5 p.m. and will feature live music from Max Headroom and continue into the weekend.

“Our craft experience redefined tap room was carefully redesigned to accommodate large groups for game day, happy hour, and nights out,” said Eric LeVine, chef and partner of Morris Tap & Grill. “We installed new flat screen TVs and created more seating. We’ve kept that same feeling you get when you step inside Morris Tap & Grill, but we’ve given it some new edges.”

In addition to 50 different craft beers available on tap, beer aficionados can also sample a 2015 and 2016 Kentucky Breakfast Stout and a seven-week barrel aged Dad’s Hat Manhattan brought out for a one-day special. For every draft pour and every Dad’s Hat Manhattan cocktail sold, Morris Tap & Grill will donate a portion of the proceeds to the American Cancer Society.

“As a five-time cancer survivor, I always strive to find ways to give back to the community who have given so much to me,” LeVine explained. “We are proud to donate a portion of the proceeds to the American Cancer Society who work diligently every day to finish the fight against cancer.”

Foodies will have the opportunity to be the first to sample the new menu featuring street fair/food-truck inspired dishes.

“I never want to fit in a mold or box. Instead, I’m always trying to reinvent myself and anticipate what’s new. The reconstructed killer street fair/food truck menu features foods you love and grew up with, just a bit more grown-up,” said LeVine.

Guests will be able to choose from a variety of different dishes including a pulled buffalo chicken mac and cheese bowl, a braised cod with a black rice risotto, and even steamed soup buns filled with a soy chicken broth.

The relaunch celebration continues on Friday, October 7 with a pumpkin brew party and on Saturday, October 8 with Bud Light and Barrow’s Mule Cocktails.

Morris Tap & Grill is known for offering a wide variety of craft beers. As members of the New Jersey Craft Beer, the restaurant offers a discount to their members and frequent hosts tap takeovers by craft breweries. The menu is also famous, as it has been carefully crafted by multi-award winning chef, restaurateur, author, Food Network “Chopped” champion, Eric LeVine.
