MORRISTOWN, NJ - The 12-2 Morristown’s Girls Lacrosse Team made it look easy yesterday as they defeated Morris Knolls 17-6 and advanced to the Semi-Finals in the County Tournament. With eight different players scoring goals and five players logging assists, the Colonials clearly demonstrated their depth and capability on the attack side of the field.
 
Nicole Ferrara and Callie Sundin each logged 4 goals and had 3 assists. Sarah Grace Plott scored 2 goals and contributed with 2 assists while the sister duo of Annika and Linnea Begley each scored twice. Attackers Shelby ClarkeVictoria Ferrara, and Mackenzie Siverson each scored a goal in the contest.
 
Amelia Drake had 10 saves in goal for the Colonials.
 
Morristown will face Mountain Lakes in the semi-final county tournament game at a neutral location in Montville on Thursday.
