RANDOLPH, NJ - Morris Habitat for Humanity is pleased that its 22,000-quare-foot ReStore, selling good used items to raise additional funds for building projects, has launched a new web site.

The new site will make it easier for those accessing it, whether on a PC or smart phone, to negotiate and find just what they’re looking for.Whether you want to shop, donate or volunteer it will now be easier than ever to find information.

At 274 Salem Street in Randolph just off Route 10 West, the store is easy to find. Just look for the huge sign on the side of the Morris Habitat headquarters building, visible from Route 10. Also, another tall sign has just been installed at the driveway entrance from Salem Street.

Since May of 2007, the ReStore has raised enough funds to build 18 Morris Habitat homes and has diverted 5,100 tons of usable materials from landfills. This is equal to 1,275 8-yard dumpsters a huge amount of material.

Morris Habitat and the ReStore are committed to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle and they do so in many ways, including repurposing some of the donated items. The ReStore offers ReShopper Loyalty Rewards. Patrons can just ask at the register for the ReStore ReShopper loyalty card.

Twenty-five dollar gift certificates are earned after just ten separate purchases of $20 or more. All that’s needed is to present the card at time of purchase, so that it can be stamped.

Additionally, Friday is Discount Day. The ReStore will give a 10 percent discount to seniors (55 or older). Veterans can get a 10 percent discount any day when they present a Morris County Veterans ID card at the checkout.

ReStore’s store hours have been extended. The new hours are: Sunday and Monday: Closed; Tuesday: 10 a.m. to  8 p.m.; Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Thursday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
