Project Playground 2.0


The effort to raise money to rebuild the playground at Gardner Field has been going on for one year and we are almost half way to our goal of $250,000! Thank you to all of you have supported our cause and have donated your time, money and efforts to getting to this point.

Project Playground has several exciting event planned over the next several months so we continue to work towards our goal!

Fire Truck Pull- September 24th the fire truck pull allows teams of 12 to pull a ladder truck that weighs 48,000lbs down the main street in Denville! The winners that pull the 12 feet in the fasted time will be given a trophy and bragging rights. Participants must be at least 15 years old and any individuals that register will be placed on a team. There will be lots of events for friends and family to enjoy while cheering on their teams including a raffle, souvenirs, touch a truck, bouncy hose and a dunk tank. Register online at


Food Truck Festival-October 1st for the second year in a row the Food Truck Festival is coming to Gardner Field. This year you can expect more trucks, live music, beer and wine and tons of free activities for the kids! This year you can purchase presale tickets that allow  you to enter an hour early.
