The purpose of this program is to increase the energy efficiency of residences occupied by Assist elderly, handicapped and low-income persons in weatherizing their homes, improving their heating system efficiency and conserving energy.  A trained technician will perform an audit that will determine the best energy conservation measures for your home. These measures may include:

  • Attic and basement insulation
  • Heating system repair or replacement
  • A free refrigerator
  • Weather stripping or caulking
