DENVILLE, NJ – The Denville Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously approved on Wed., June 19, the preliminary and final site plan application of Denville Union Hill, LLC, to make certain minor site improvements for its new tenant Trader Joe’s.

Trader Joe’s will be housed in the space formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports and Bensi Restaurant in the Shoppes at Union Hill at 3056 Route 10 West.

The straight-forward application did not propose any changes to the building’s footprint, nor did it seek board approval of any change of use, façade improvements, signage or interior tenant fit-up or customization.
