Volunteers Gather on Earth Day to Work at Jonathan's Woods in Denville

DENVILLE, NJ - About 20 people braved chilly, damp weather on April 22 to clean litter and perform maintenance work at Jonathan's Woods in Denville.

The work was part of the annual Protect Our Wetlands, Water and Woods (POWWW) Rid Litter Day. The organization provided volunteers with trash bags, gloves, coffee and bagels as well as T-shirts.

Denville PAL Sponsors Wheelchair Basketball Game

DENVILLE, NJ - Doors open at 6:30 p.m. today (March 22) for the annual Mike Leone Wheelchair Basketball game, a charity event at Morris Catholic High School sponsored in part by the Denville Police Athletic League.

Boy Scouts of America, Patriots’ Path Council will honor local citizens at the 2017 Denville Good Scout Award Dinner to be held on the evening of Thursday, June 1st at Embassy Suites in Parsippany at 6:30 pm.
