The Rotary SUNRISE Club of Denville will be sponsoring a Community Meet & Greet for the three Denville Mayoral Candidates running for office on Sunday, October 27, at noon at the Denville Farmers Market located in the public parking lot on Bloomfield Avenue, Denville.

“I am very excited that our club is committed and taking the lead in sponsoring this event,” stated Teri LaSala, the club’s President. “Our Rotary Clubs mission is to be an integral part of the community and bring Denville together through a variety of events like this, our Annual Duck Race and Golf Outing. With three candidates running for Mayor this year, we wanted to be at the forefront of supporting a neutral and informative gathering, while also bringing the community into our wonderful Farmer’s Market. A win, win for all.”

Organized by Rotarian Jeffrey Halpern, the gathering will begin with introductions of the club and the candidates, followed by 10 minute speeches from candidates, incumbent Mayor Thomas Andes (R), Andrea Zeydelis (D), and Ellen Sandman (I), to present their platform, and then the opportunity to meet each candidate individually.
