DENVILLE, NJ – Denville residents who have been adversely impacted by the federal government shutdown can avail themselves of the services of the Denville Social Services Department, including the food pantry, stated Stephen Dublanica, social services coordinator.

According to Dublanica, “all consultations are confidential, and we would only request documentation in the form of a federal employee ID, pay stub or other documentation to verify that you work in a contract capacity for the federal government.”

The Denville Social Services Department is operated on a part-time basis and is open Tuesday (8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.), Wednesday (2 – 8 p.m.), Thursday (8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.) and Friday (food pantry only 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.).
