Look! Up in the Sky, it’s a Bird, it’s a Plane, No, it’s SUPERMOON!

MORRISTOWN, NJ – All right, get ready for the Supermoon Trifecta! Tuesday’s moonrise will be the third straight month with full supermoons. The first was on Jan. 20, when the supermoon coincided with a total lunar eclipse, also known as a "Blood Moon."

A second supermoon, called the “Snow Moon,” will rise this Tuesday, Feb. 19.

Then on March 21, the “Worm Moon” will make its appearance.

Best time to watch will be Feb. 18 and Feb. 19. A check of the weather shows "partly cloudy" but hopefully it will be clear enough for the Snow Moon rising.
