DENVILLE, NJ – David Longendyck of Denville earned “Best in Show Photographer” (grades 9-13) for the People/Events Unit of the 2019 County 4-H Fair, announced the Morris County Board of Freeholders and the Morris County 4-H in a press release issued Sept. 3. Longendyck also received honorable mention for his entries in the Photojournalism Unit and the Animal/Pets Unit.

Dozens of 4-H youth and adults from across Morris County received recognition for their skills in everything from fine art, food and photography, to goat racing and rabbit showmanship at this year’s fair, held at Chubb Park in Chester Township. In addition to Denville, awards went to residents of 17 other Morris County towns: Boonton, Chatham, Chester, Hackettstown, Jefferson, Kinnelon, Madison, Mine Hill, Morris Plains, Morristown, Mt. Olive, Parsippany, Randolph, Rockaway Twp., Roxbury, Washington Twp., and Wharton. Residents of Somerset, Sussex and Warren counties also garnered acknowledgments.
