RANDOLPH, NJ -- With a branch located in the heart of Randolph on Sussex Turnpike (at the intersection of Millbrook Road), and two branches in Denville, First Bank has been serving the local community for many years. On Thursday, March 14 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., First Bank of Randolph is hosting a community event, “Residential Mortgage Day," to further the awareness of current mortgage programs available and give residents a better understanding of the entire home buying process.

“First-time homebuyers can speak with an industry expert to learn about the different types of mortgage loans and options for them, while existing homeowners can find out if this is the right time to refinance,” said Brett Gardner, First Bank’s AVP / Consumer Loan Officer. "We are here to inform consumers on their mortgage options and hopefully help with making homeownership dreams come true.”

First Bank is offering this expert advice for free at their Randolph branch (1206 Sussex Tpk.), in an open house format while also serving free refreshments to those who visit.  Anyone who wishes to stop in and get some information or just ask a few questions is welcome. Visitors can expect the following:
