DENVILLE, NJ – There is no doubt Morris Knolls junior, Andrew Ryan, brought his A-game against the Morristown Colonials on Sat., Dec. 21, at the Mennen Sports Arena. Ryan earned a hat trick and was the only player on either team to send the puck through the net for a 3-0 shutout.

Ryan scored his first goal, unassisted, early in the first period. With help from Jake DiLoreto, he nailed a power play goal 6:57 minutes into the third period and an unassisted short-handed goal with 3:56 minutes remaining in the game.

The Golden Eagles controlled the game from start to finish, slamming nearly four times as many goal attempts as its opponent. Morris Knolls goalie Elliot Marken had eight saves while Morristown goalie Dylan Peck faced an onslaught of 31, stopping 28.
