On the day of the event, many more volunteers including the East Brunswick Youth Council are on hand to help prepare, serve and clean-up; and to do whatever else is needed to bring the event together. The success of the event is also dependent on the generosity of the many donations received to offset the costs. The Hilton East Brunswick Hotel donates their facility, personnel, and some of the food; the other food is donated by area merchants such as L’Affaire II Bake Shop; Lamo Builders, Inc.; Howard Teitelbaum, Esq.; Local PBA 145 and PBA 232; East Brunswick Youth Council; Austin Kosik Jr., Associates and several other businesses and organizations.

Proceeds from the breakfast benefit the children and adults with special needs who participate in the Daisy Recreation Program. The Daisy Recreation Program is sponsored by the East Brunswick Department of Recreation, Parks and Community Services and The Daisy Association. Tickets are available at the Recreation & Parks office at 334 Dunhams Corner Road, East Brunswick and at the door. Please call 732-390-6797 for additional information.
