MOUNT HOLLY, NJ - The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, NJ has issued a Blizzard Warning for Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties, and a Winter Storm Warning for the remainder of the State of New Jersey from 12 Noon until 6:00 PM Tuesday. The impending storm has the potential to be historic. Snowfall accumulations will be measured in feet. The latest numbers range from anywhere from 18 inches to upwards of 34 inches in certain areas.
This is a life threatening storm. It cannot be emphasized strongly enough how dangerous conditions during the hours of snow things will be. Residents are urged to stay at home. It is probable that states of emergencies will be issued, at which point all vehicles will need to be kept off of the roads, including vehicles parked on the street.
