EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ—East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center) offers several different resources for local businesses to grow and thrive. Among them is the online service ReferenceUSA.
The library is hosting a special program called “Give Your Business a Boost with Reference USA!” on Thursday, February 27 at 10:00 am to discuss how library users can use this service.
Led by Bill Carlson of InfoGroup (ReferenceUSA’s parent company) this interactive session is for entrepreneurs and local business owners. Attendees will learn how to use the resource to identify sales prospects, create marketing lists, examine business competition, and several other features of this powerful database.
ReferenceUSA can be used free of charge at the library. It can also be accessed online from your home or office with your East Brunswick Public Library card.
“This is one of our most well-used online resources by our customers,” said Martha Hess, Information Services librarian. “The library is very happy to be able to offer an in-depth class on how to use it.”
Refreshments will be served at this free program. Registration is required. To register, call the library at 732-390-6767 or go online to www.ebpl.org/calendar.
