EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - East Brunswick scored nine goals in the first quarter and went on to a 17-4 boys lacrosse victory over Pennington on Friday.

Jack Solimini scored five goals for the Bears (8-2), who led, 9-1, after a period and 15-4 after three quarters. Tim Gudzak finished with four goals and four assists and Sean Kelliher totaled four goals and two assists for East Brunswick.

Timmy Smith scored one goal and had two assists, Bradley MacNiven had one goal and one assist, and Kevin Burns and Dylan Krug each scored a goal for EB. Joseph DeGuida had an assist and led the team with 12 groundballs.
