Dr. Valeski to Hold Second "State of the District" Presentation

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The East Brunswick Public School District in cooperation with the Board of Education would like to invite the East Brunswick School Community and all prospective students and their families to an Open House at Hammarskjold Middle School, 200 Rues Lane, East Brunswick, NJ on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 7 PM.

 

Superintendent, Dr. Valeski, will present a State of the District address in the Jo Ann Magistro Performing Arts Center. He will highlight the partnership between the district, the township, and all other stakeholders. Dr. Valeski will speak about the work of the staff and students in the district, the progress made this year, and the goals for the future. Instructional innovations will be highlighted by our students and teachers.  Learn why the motto of East Brunswick Public Schools is “Excellence in Academics, Athletics and the Arts”.

 

Community members may tour Hammarskjold Middle School and see how this state of the art facility contributes to the quality education students receive in East Brunswick. There are three essential characteristics of the East Brunswick Public School District’s high performing schools: a rigorous academic program that encourages students to exceed their own expectations; a strong family-like community that ensures every student makes new friends and knows a sense of belonging and support; and finally, a diverse curriculum that allows students to wonder, discover, create and envision a future with a wide variety of potential interests. East Brunswick’s continued focus remains on providing world-class excellence in academics, athletics and the arts to all our students.
