East Brunswick Annual Rabies Clinic To Be Held November 1

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - On Saturday November 1, 2014 East Brunswick will hold  their annual Free Rabies Clinic.  The clinic is held rain or shine from 11:00am to 3:00pm at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center located at Cranbury and Dunhams Corner Roads.  Please note: this is a new location.  The clinic hours are 11:00am to 12:00pm cats only and 12:00pm- to 3:00pm for both cats and dogs.

All cats must be in carriers and all dogs must be leashed. All cats and dogs must be accompanied by an adult, and  contained or leashed.  Any animals not meeting these requirements will not be admitted.

Rabies vaccinations must be current in order to license cats or dogs.  It is safe to re-vaccinate pets before the current vaccination expires.  No animal licenses will be issued unless the animals vaccination is current.  before November Rabies vaccinations must not expire before November 1st of the licensing year to be considered current.

Animal licenses are annual and run from January 1- December 31 of the licensing year.  All cats and dogs over seven months old must be licensed.  Proof of a current rabies vaccination must be presented at the time of licensing and updated as needed.
