EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Junior pitcher Tyler Burnham heads the list of East Brunswick varsity baseball players to recieve post-season honors from regional sports website MSG Varsity.

Burnham, a left-hander, was named a pitcher on the All-New Jersey Region Second Team by MSG Varsity. He finished with a 9-1 record and a 1.93 earned-run average and was the winning pitcher when the Bears defeated J.P. Stevens, 1-0, for the Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament championship. Burnham pitched a three-hitter and struck out seven batters in the county final.

At the plate, Burnham batted .398 with 24 RBI and nine doubles.

Also receiving mention on MSG Varsity's New Jersey team were outfielder Juan Ganzaroli and infielder Nick Clemente, both seniors. Ganzaroli batted .329 with 27 RBI. Clemente batted .344 with 23 runs scored and 19 RBI. On the mound, Clemente was overpowering, with 81 strikeouts in 53 innings and a 1.32 ERA.
