EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – The South Brunswick Vikings were the second strong storm to hit East Brunswick Friday night, dominating the Bears football team 31-0.
It was all Vikings as quarterback Josh Liao hit Justin Shorter who then scored on a 31-yard play in the first quarter.
In the second period, Mohamed Jabbie, Wendell Allen and Phil Campbell each ran for scores from within 10 yards, giving the Vikings a 25-0 lead at the half.
After a scoreless third, the Vikings scored a final time in the fourth quarter with Liao taking it to the house himself with a 30-yard run.
The Vikings are now 4-1 with their only loss being to Middletown South the first week of the season.
The Bears fall to 1-3.
