EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Since its initial meeting at the Colonial Diner, the newly reinstituted East Brunswick Chamber of Commerce has been hard at work getting the organization up and running; filing with the state and federal governments; opening a bank account; and planning inaugural events.

The first event is a kickoff networking event on Sept. 14 at Bonefish Grill from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Part of the meeting will serve as the chamber’s initial board meeting and (re)organization. The board of directors and executive board will be voted on and sworn into their roles. There will be minor housekeeping items and report on the planning for a January celebratory event.  Additional information about the chamber can be found on its Facebook page

Attendees are invited to bring business cards to the event for sharing.
