EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - It will be a backyard brawl in the quarterfinals of the Greater Middlesex Conference Boys Baseball tournament, as top seeded East Brunswick faces ninth seeded Spotswood later this evening, May 15, at 7 P.M. at North Brunswick Community Park.

The Bears (17-7) are coming off of a 5-2 victory over 16 seeded Metuchen, while the Chargers (15-6) emerged victorious by a score of 8-1 over ninth seeded South Amboy.

The winner faces the winner of the matchup today between fourth seeded St. Joe's of Metuchen vs. twelth seeded and cinderella Sayreville, upset winners on May 13 over heavily favored Monroe.
