EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ -  Three meetings regarding redevelopment and new construction in East Brunswick are on tap this week, each with a different focus and goal.

Tonight at 8:00 pm at the JoAnn Magistro Performing Arts Center at Hammarskjold School, the East Brunswick Zoning Board will address the request for a variance by Summerhill LLC with regard to the property at the intersection of Summerhill Road and Old Stage Road.  The controversial development has drawn a great deal of attention from both residents of the township and of Spotswood.  The location was moved to accommodate the large number of concerned residents expected to attend the meeting.  Zoning Board meetings generally run from 8 to 11pm, with final questions being introduced at 10:30, according to current procedure as posted on the East Brunswick website.

The Chair of the East Brunswick Zoning Board is Marge Paterson.
