OLD BRIDGE, NJ - Nick Sodano scored three touchdowns to lead Old Bridge to a 35-7 football victory over East Brunswick on Thanksgiving.

Kyle Wiggins scored the only touchdown for East Brunswick early in the second quarter on a 1-yard run that cut Old Bridge's lead at the time to 14-7.

With Old Bridge ahead, 21-7, early in the fourth quarter, the Bears threatened, driving inside the Knights' 20-yard line before surrendering the ball back to Old Bridge on downs. The Knights scored two more TDs after that.

Old Bridge leads the Thanksgiving Day series, 20-3. East Brunswick won the first holiday matchup between the schools behind quarterback Greg Kohlheim in 1994. The Knights have won the last six meetings.
