Get The Skinny On Weight Loss at the East Brunswick Public Library


EAST BRUNSWICK, NJEast Brunswick Public Library’s (2 Jean Walling Civic Center) “Just For The Health Of It” program hosts the special program “Get The Skinny On Weight Loss” on Thursday, April 6 at 7 pm.

The topic of weight loss will be explored. Topics covered include why some people seem to lose weight effortlessly, and others struggle to be successful. This informative and interactive program will discuss some of the key factors that can sabotage a person's best efforts to lose weight.

The program is led by Ken Freedman, D.C, director of Freedman Chiropractic Center, LLC, and president of the East Brunswick Advisory Health Council. One of East Brunswick's preeminent wellness experts, Dr. Freedman is also the host of EBTV's award winning Wellness Spotlight
