BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The East Brunswick girls basketball team erased an early deficit and went on to a 41-37 victory over Bridgewater-Raritan Saturday.

Junior forward Nicole Johnson scored 18 points for East Brunswick (), which trailed, 16-12, after the first quarter. The Lady Bears finished the game with a 13-10 effort in the fourth quarter after leading by a point after three quarters.

Bianca Nakar scored eight points and Alyssa Bondi six for East Brunswick, which improved to 10-5.
