Girls Basketball: East Brunswick Stays Undefeated with OT Win Over Piscataway

PISCATAWAY, NJ - In a battle for supremacy in the Greater Middlesex Conference Red Division, East Brunswick drew first blood.

The undefeated East Brunswick girls basketball team pulled away in overtime to hand Piscataway its first loss of the season, 77-68, Thursday evening.

East Brunswick (8-0) rallied from a five-point halftime deficit, then outscored the Chiefs, 15-6, in overtime. Nicole Johnson led the Bears with 28 points, including 11 from the foul line.

Brianna Sliwinski sank four 3-pointers and finished with 24 points, and Lauren Krinsky finished with 11 points for East Brunswick.
