Local NJ Nonprofit Holds 2nd Annual Project Mother’s Day At Children’s Specialized Hospital

One Kind Step, a NJ 501(c)(3) organization that creates projects in partnerships with other nonprofit organizations in the community, held its 2nd Annual Project Mother’s Day at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. One Kind Step, along with 15 volunteers, brought over 250 products to the hospital, helping patients make over 50 baskets for their mothers, aunts, and grandmothers.

"To put a smile on each child's face at our Project Mother’s Day event was priceless,” says Erika Blaszak, founder, One Kind Step. “It's heartwarming events like this that remind me why I started One Kind Step and continue to help change the world, one kind step at a time.”

One Kind Step is an organization developed to connect communities and inspire positive change. It creates specialized programs for charitable institutions, including events around holidays, general awareness programs, and other initiatives that give back not only to the nonprofit organization, but to the individuals who participate in these programs.
