Monroe Man Killed By Truck At South Brunswick Warehouse


SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – A 55-year-old Monroe Township man is dead after being hit by a tractor trailer in the lot of a warehouse this morning, police said.

According to police, the accident took place around 6 a.m. Wednesday morning when Linwood Moore, 55, of Monroe, was walking in the back lot toward the Argix Direct Warehouse located at 100 Middlesex Center Drive.

Moore was struck by a 1999 Freightliner tractor trailer driven by Danhel Moran-Perez, 40, of East Orange, as it was entering the lot, police said.

Moore was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office and New Jersey State Police are assisting South Brunswick with the investigation.

No summons have been issued at this time, police said.
