EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - An 83-year-old Monroe resident was killed in a three-car crash on Ryders Lane in East Brunswick on Wednesday evening.
According to East Brunswick police and NJ.com, Lottie Kasprzak was driving on Ryders Lane around 5 p.m. when her vehicle ended up in the opposite lane of traffic and collided with other vehicles. She was transported to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. Others involved in the accident suffered only minor injuries.
The accident resulted in Ryders Lane being closed for a number of hours between Winton Road and Summerhill Road Wednesday night.
According to Lt. Kevin Zebro, the accident was still under investigation Thursday morning.
