EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. – Brunswick Square, East Brunswick’s family shopping destination, in conjunction with The Center for Exercise and Aging and the Department of Kinesiology and Health at Rutgers University, present a series of free, educational, and interactive events designed to help you stay fit and live healthier.

Brunswick Square will host the following series of events:
What Are the Modes of Fitness? October 30 from 9:30 AM – 11 AM
Presented by Professor Kathy Gladis. Enjoy free fitness assessments.
How Is Your Balance? November 6 from 9:30 AM – 11 AM
Presented by Dr. Emil Manfredonia. Listen to a mini lecture and benefit from free demonstrations and balance tests.
Exercising at Home November 13 from 9:30 AM – 11 AM
Presented by Catalina Chesny, Assistant program Director. Learn about tactile manipulatives and discover techniques to use at home.
All events will take place in the JC Penney court in Brunswick Square. Rutgers students will be on hand to talk to participants one-on-one about various fitness issues. There will be prizes and give-aways at each event, as well.
