OLD BRIDGE, NJ - Kaleigh Dwyer scattered five hits and did not allow an earned run in East Brunswick's 4-1 softball victory over Old Bridge Monday.

Ashli Venokur went 2-for-4 with an RBI for East Brunswick (12-4), which scored one in the fourth and two in the fifth before adding its final run in the sixth inning. Samantha Smalley and Beth Anania each went 2-for-3 with a run scored for the Bears.

Dwyer struck out seven batters and walked only two in her seven innings pitched.
