South Brunswick: Volunteer Soccer Coach Charged With Possessing And Distributing Child Pornography

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – A volunteer youth soccer coach and former Sunday school teacher is charged with possessing and distributing child pornography, officials said Thursday.

FBI agents and local law enforcement arrested Waldo Milla-Guerra, 49, at his Kendall Park home Thursday morning after executing a search warrant, officials said.

Milla-Guerra, a volunteer soccer coach with the South Brunswick Soccer Club and a former Sunday school teacher at the Central Jersey Church of Christ in North Brunswick, is charged with one count of possession of child pornography in the second degree and one count of distributing child pornography in the third degree, according to a press release from the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.

An investigation by FBI Special Agent Timothy Gallagher, South Brunswick Detective Dennis Yuhasz and Detective Joseph Chesseri of the prosecutor’s office, determined that Milla-Guerra viewed and saved many illicit images and distributed multiple images of children on the internet, the release said.

He is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center in North Brunswick pending a scheduled court appearance Friday, the release said.
