Thank You For Being A Friend: Library Hosts Golden Girls Trivia Night

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJEveryone has their favorite episode or quote from the legendary television sitcom “Golden Girls.” How well do you remember the adventures of Dorothy, Blanche, Rose and Sophia?

Find out when the East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center) hosts a special “Golden Girls” themed trivia night Wednesday, May 17 at 7 pm.

Although the television show’s final episode aired twenty-five years go, “Golden Girls” is still going strong. The show is syndicated on several television networks and on the streaming service Hulu.

Participants will compete in teams of four with the chance to win “Golden Girls” prizes. There will be light refreshments and cheesecake, a favorite snack of the show’s characters.

Registration is not required for this free program. This program is part of the library’s 50th-anniversary program series and is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
