NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - There's a lot going on New Brunswick lately - new construction, new venues.  There are several new restaurants, too, and many other tried-and-true favorites stepping up their game.  During the summer months when fewer students are living on campus at Rutgers, local residents might take the opportunity to revisit the Hub City.  Restaurant Week in New Brunswick takes place from July 8-22 this year, allowing local establishments to show off their best and diners to save a few dollars.

According to the New Brunswick City Center website, "New Brunswick City Center restaurants are as diverse as they are exceptional and now you have the perfect excuse to get out of the kitchen heat and eat out!

Our restaurants have cooked up some great offers to get the foodie in you out the door and diving into new experiences and flavors. Visit a new spot or an old favorite...you're taste buds will be happy with the sensations and your heart will be pleased with the local support."

In all, 24 restaurants, pubs, and delis are participating in the event, offering special prices and deals.
