EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Get ready for an evening of laughs at the East Brunswick Drama Club’s Hysterical Truths the Short Plays of David Ives, featuring eight short comedies ranging from a group of monkeys attempting to write Shakespeare, to a bad date with infinite resets. David Ives is an American playwright, screenwriter, and novelist. He is perhaps best known for his comic one-act plays; The New York Times in 1997 referred to him as the "maestro of the short form".
This hilarious show is only in town for a short time.
Performances will take place at the Joseph Sweeney Auditorium, East Brunswick High School Friday, November 22 and Saturday, November 23, at 7 pm and Sunday, November 24, at 3 pm.
Tickets for Adults are $14, Students/Seniors pay $8.
