SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - South Brunswick residents have spent the past week decorating signs to show their appreciation for healthcare workers who are on the frontline combating the COVID-19 pandemic. A “Wall of Thanks” will be on display outside of Penn Medicine Princeton Health, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick and Saint Peter's University Hospital.
Christine Resnick, a South Brunswick resident, put out a Facebook post asking for signs to show thanks to hospital employees. The idea for a “Wall of Thanks” came from Azra Baig, a former member of the Board of Education. Last month, Mrs. Resnick and Lisa Rodgers collected donations for healthcare workers at Mrs. Rodger’s home. They have just begun to collect signs from members of the community.
Any signs or donations can be delivered at 8 Libby Dr, Monmouth Junction or at 23 Pelham Rd, Kendall Park by Friday, April 26.
