EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - On these blustery winter days, are you ready to eat a little sunshine? Ready to cook your heart out for Valentine's Day? Want some pickles with all that great corned beef on St. Patrick's Day?
The East Brunswick Sustainability Task Force wants to know your thoughts about setting up a Winter/Spring Farmers Market at Brunswick Square Mall to meet your freshness needs and support your food pyramid.
The Task Force needs your input to start working on this project, which will not be ready to roll out this winter and would have a possible start date of May, 2020. The township would work in cooperation with the mall to provide a new shopping experience for local residents and to achieve the Task Force's "green" goals which also include reducing the use of disposable plastic in businesses, schools, and homes in East Brunswick.
