EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – The Township of East Brunswick will host a July 4th Celebration & Fireworks at the Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road on Thursday, July 4, 2019. Festivities begin at 4:00 p.m. with FREE admission, parking, giveaways, face painting and balloon twisting. FREE inflatable rides and activities are sponsored by Built by Me Learning Center and Kensington Place both of East Brunswick. There will be a watermelon eating contest sponsored by East Brunswick Stop&Shop, a wing eating contest sponsored by Hooters of East Brunswick and for dessert, a cupcake eating contest sponsored by East Brunswick Recreation & Parks. Also on hand will be a variety of Food Trucks & Vendors from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The entertainment kicks off at 5:00 p.m. with DJ Wacky Wayne. Then at 7:30 p.m., the party really gets started when the band AMSTERDAM takes the stage. Coming from the Philadelphia area, Amsterdam will bring us a powerhouse of 10 multi-talented musicians and vocalists. At approximately 9:30 p.m., the FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR will light up the sky. Bring your chairs, blankets and dancing shoes and come out and enjoy!
The event is sponsored by the Township of East Brunswick and platinum sponsor, ROUTE 18 CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM.
Parking will be available at the Community Arts Center and at Heavenly Farms. Public Safety will have all parking areas marked. NO pets, alcohol or personal fireworks are permitted.
