Girls Basketball: East Brunswick Keeps Streak Alive vs. Edison

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The East Brunswick girls basketball team remained undefeated with a 62-55 victory over Edison Tuesday night.

Nicole Johnson scored 21 points to lead the Bears (10-0). Alyssa Bondi sank four 3-pointers and finished with 16 points for East Brunswick.

Daniella Marmol finished with 20 points and Gianna Fresnedo scored 17 for Edison (5-6).

Boys Basketball: Bears Dominate Falcons, 58-47

 

MONROAE, NJ - The East Brunswick Bears boys’ basketball team got out to an early 10-0 lead against the Monroe Falcons. After the quick start, the Bears never looked back as they were able to bounce back with a 58-47 win.

The Bears’ key to success was the great ball movement all game long. The Bears were winning the entire game and possessed a six point lead at the half.

Girls Basketball: East Brunswick Routs Monroe, 54-34

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The East Brunswick girls basketball team remained undefeated with a 54-34 victory over Monroe on Saturday.

Lauren Krinsky led the Bears (10-0) with 17 points. Nicole Johnson and Brianna Sliwinski each scored 10 points for East Brunswick, which leads the Red Division of the Greater Middlesex Conference.

Girls Basketball: East Brunswick Rallies for 58-47 Win over Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, NJ - The undefeated East Brunswick girls basketball team rallied in the fourth quarter for a 58-47 victory over Woodbridge on Tuesday.

East Brunswick (7-0) trailed by four points before outscoring the Barrons, 21-6, down the stretch. The Bears also had to come back after Woodbridge had opened a 15-10 lead after one quarter.

Nicole Johnson led East Brunswick with 16 points.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The East Brunswick varsity wrestling team came up with a 45-33 victory over Ridge on Saturday.
