OLD BRIDGE, NJ -- After a low-scoring first quarter, the East Brunswick boys basketball team got its offense going in the second half and went on to a 69-60 victory over Old Bridge Thursday night.

Jackson Bayuk and Justin Black each scored 10 points for the Bears (3-4), who led, 6-5, after one quarter and 21-19 at halftime. But in the third quarter, East Brunswick put up 23 points to open a nine-point lead.

Ricardo Gomez finished with nine points and Jalen Pichardo and Devin Kennedy scored eight for EB, which scored 20 of its points at the foul line.
